Hotel Rules & Regulations

1. Everyone who checks in is MANDATORY TO SHOW YOUR PERSONAL IDENTITY and pay for lodging according to the rate chosen.
2. Check-in time is 14.00 WIB ( 02.00 PM ) and check-out time is 12.00 WIB (12.00 PM).
   • Early Check In (Check In starts from 07.30 AM – 11.30 AM is charged it costs an additional 250,000 IDR for each room type)
   • Check Out (Check Out after 12.00 – 16.00 PM additional Rp. 250,000 IDR is charged for each room type. Check out after 16.30 PM is subject to full costs)
3. Each guest is not allowed to bring pets, sharp objects and illegal drugs.
4. We are not responsible for any loss of items while guests stay at our hotel.
5. Damaged / lost hotel items caused by guests, are subject to replacement costs at market prices.
6. Smoking is prohibited in the room.
7. It is forbidden to eat in the room
8. It is forbidden to bring room staff out of the hotel.
   • Please contact the receptionist if you need a towel to go to the beach.
   • If you bring a room towel to the beach, you will be charged.
9. Every time a guest checks out, please return the room key to the receptionist
